Our framework for successful
outcomes.
- The IINFOSEAS TECH Project Management Methodology (PMM) provides a
clear framework for delivering successful projects. It was
built on the depth of experience of our project managers and
consultants and is a proven tool with a track record of
success. Features of the PMM include:
- Industry Standards. Although
INFOSEAS TECH has tailored the
PMM to best meet our clients’ needs, it is built on the
foundation of accepted industry standards for managing the
project life cycle.
Trained and Certified Project
Managers. All INFOSEAS TECH
project managers are trained and certified in
the INFOSEAS TECH Project Management Methodology and are well-experienced
in the delivery of successful projects. In addition,
INFOSEAS TECH account managers and management personnel are
trained in the methodology to establish a baseline of
communication in project management terminology and
processes.
Best Practices. The PMM defines a baseline
delivery process that ensures well-managed and consistent
delivery of INFOSEAS TECH services and solutions throughout
the project life cycle. Project phases, documentation, roles
and responsibilities, reporting, communications, scope
management, change management and risk management processes
are clearly defined.
Flexibility. Our
methodology model allows customization to meet the
requirements of each project, regardless of size and scope,
ensuring suitability and eliminating excess
paperwork.
In
addition to the PMM, INFOSEAS TECH has
established Standard Operating Procedures for the primary
processes of technology development and support:
- Software Development
- Systems and Networks Integration
- Quality Assurance
- Human Factors
- Technology Transfer
Procedures also guide
communications flow for support and maintenance engagements,
project organization and issue escalation.
INFOSEAS
TECH uses the
Project Management Methodology and Standard Operating
Procedures to prevent the common causes of failed projects:
cost overruns, missed deadlines, scope creep, inadequate
communications and unapproved changes. Our proven methodology
is the backbone of our history of successfully completed
projects.
